The kiting community once again getting positive representation thanks to Jason at BrisKites based in Queensland.  The fund raiser was operated at the Eco Blue Car Wash Cafe where they raised over $2,000 for Redcliffe Pink Snapdragons.

"My name is Graham Pukallus and I work for Centacare Employment Group who is a Catholic Welfare - non profit, government funded employment group that provides support and assistance in placing people with varying disabilities into gainful employment.

I took part in assisting with organising a fund raiser fun day at Ecoblue Car Wash Cafe, Briskites - Kite Surfing Club of Redcliffe  partnered up with the Redcliffe Pink Snapdragons to help raise awareness of breast cancer, which can happen to both men and women.

We successfully raised over $2000 during this event for the Redcliffe Pink Snapdragons who are a breast cancer group who go dragon boat racing at Redcliffe. They are a brave group of women who show that there is life after breast cancer.

Centacare has enjoyed a long and successful relationship with Jim, Manager of Ecoblue Car Wash Café who not only supported this event, but who has made a difference in the lives of people with disabilities, providing opportunities for employment.

Eco Blue, Centacare Employment Group, Briskites - Kite Surfing Club of Redcliffe enjoyed a great day with the Redcliffe Pink Snapdragons, Breast Cancer Survivors to enable them to provide support and help others with Breast Cancer."
