G'day folks, Below is a little speal about my new toy, make of it what you will, as i am far from a professional and haven't ridden that many board in my time.

Just got back from a session down at Rye, in the light NE winds. Gave the new board a shot and the end result was i'm very impressed after 2 hours of fumbling around with it and the Venom 19m kite. Wind was around 8-10knots, and the water was fairly flat with only minor chop (below 1ft).

The board, a Force Industries RX-135, is more rounded and softer than most popular board i have looked at, and due to this, it felt alot more forgiving, easy to ride, and very comfortable. I progressed very quickly today as i'm still learning the ropes. Within 30min i was happily reaching (going cross wind) along and trying to edge upwind resulted in gaining some ground. I felt the edge engaged very smoothly unlike my previous boards, and swapping onto Justin's FLX 132 (2004mdl) highlighted the RX's smooth nature. For n00bs like myself, this makes learning very, and i mean VERY, easy and progression will be accelerated with a board like this!

Build Quality: The board is a cheaper board than most on the market, however i was impressed with the snowboard style of construction, overall finish, and hardware that came with it (Force Ind. components).

For the money, i don't think you'll buy a better board, as i've been looking for a while now, and as Justin will attest to, this board is fantastic and rides just as good as it's expensive rivals. All in all, for RRP $632 (see Tim at Force Industries) direct from Force, it's a bargain and i'm one happy camper.... or kiter, whatever!
