 The Victorian State Titles held by Kiteboarding Victoria have finished with Ewan Jaspan coming 1st place in the Mens and Juniors securing him a spot at the Australian Kitesurfing Nationals. Natalie Clarke took out first place for the Women and Richard Milne in the Masters.
