Good luck.
Not many of the Flexi's around.
Their price is quite high against a Peter (my buggies fall apart) Lynn.
Knew of one a while a go but if you want a new one, you will have to order it in through a kite store.
I have sat in one, but did not like the non adjustable seat. Foot pegs seem weird too.
Or you could do what I did a buy a new Libre Full Race.
It is far better than anything that PL guy has produced.
And why did I spend all that money!!
Because I did not enjoy replacing bit after bit on the pl toy.
I have had too buy the parts for two buggies over two years.
A buggy a year, no thanks. I expect more than a years use from it.
And as I said good luck, the Flexi's are quite rare.

Yeah, I think that's good advice. I am going to avoid the Peter Lynn's but was wanting the Flexi over the Libre because it's lighter and wanting to do some tricks with it. Where and how much (if you don't mind me asking) did you get your Libre from? If I can't get a flexi, then I'll have to go towards one of them.
thanks,
Gav

If you are after a Libre then two of the three best kite stores in Victoria can and will order you one, don't know if the other one will, but I would think they would if you got it through them.
I got mine through Tim at the Kite House, I don't know the final price. I ended up getting extra wheels and other bits, so I think about $2000 frame only. Cost lots but then I wanted it lots. Also it's Stainless steel.
Don't hold your breath waiting for a Libre, mine took over 4 months. Just a word warning if you want a buggy here and now.

Nigel, it's funny you should mention that a second hand Flexi buggy is as rare as hens teath, because I've got one here!

It's $750, and in pristine condition. As new with instructions, and spanners! We've just used it to demo a couple of times. As it's taking up floor space (ie not getting used a lot), i'd prefer to sell it rather than keep it for demo.

We can also get brand new ones, at ANY time. $995.

They are not a Libre, but are designed to last, and are very smooth and comfortable to ride...

Cheers,
Goshen

Libre's aren't cheap are they! I suppose you get what you pay for. I just started looking at getting a flexi shipped over from uk. Don't think i can really afford the top of the range just yet.
I guess if I got it shipped directly they would take off the VAT? Anyway, I will find out soon enough
cheers,
Gav

If you get it shipped directly they do take of VAT but then you still have to pay GST (or lie to the tax office!!! lol). Still get 7.5% off though.

I was thinking of getting a buggy but i really don't have the money. The Peter Lynn Comp would be perfect for me, i could even use it to jump probably. I don't really want one now because if i ever wanted Bigfoot I'd have to change about half the buggy; rear axle, front fork and (obviously) wheels.

Hey Gav did you get the Flexi Buggy yet?
If so how are you finding it?

Yep got the buggy and lovin' it! Can't really compare it to others but I don't have any complaints (other than the weather!) about it. But I've really got to get myself a smaller kite sometime VERY soon. Thinking either LD or Razor.... can't make up my mind.

I love my Razor 4.5mtr but the 3.0mtr Ld is a great kite also. Go the Razor if thats you're only choice but I would look into other kites as well. Such as the Bora they're a great kite to fly so are the Airea's Raptors nice kites also quality wise.
