With: 4.0 Blade (soon), 2.4 Eolo Radsails, Quadrifoil Harness, MBS Sol 16 ATB and don't forget the stakes and safety stuff. What do you think I should get next? Buggy? Upgrade board(I was thinking new Matrix Trucks and Maybe T1 tyres)? Don't reallt think I should bother with a new kite for a while seeing as I still havn't got the blade. New lines (ozone?) instead of flexi and put flexis on my Eolo?

Well I have and sol 16. If you are to do anything to change your board get eggshocks, thats what I plan on getting soon. Dont bother about the new matrix trucks, you will spend 100's only to save somthing like 500g. Just get the egg shocks, they will help you when you do downhill mountainboarding.

Yeah I got eggshocks - yellow. The reason I wanted the new trucks was not for weight but for the way you can tune them to the exact tightness you want. What dya think about tyres? Worth it? I heard that they're faster.

The Blade III is gonna be so much fun for me (I've flown my bro's 4.9) coz I'm only 40 kilos! Anyway I think you'd have fun with the 4.9, especially in higher winds.

Your point about the trucks is valid, but they don't fit the same holes as the old trucks, and the spacing doesn't permit you to drill new ones. I'd just stick with the same trucks. If you need to get new tyres then T1's are the way to go, but don't get them unless you need them.

Perhaps start saving up for a Comp 16 Pro. Simply the best board. You should still get a few hundred dollars for a Sol 16. Just an idea :)

Sounds like you'll have a good kit when the Blade comes. Not really much else to get.

What about a good harness?

How much is a Comp Pro deck? and the trucks are $129? I think I'd prefer my tri-spoke hubs and just get the rest or is that too expensive and pointless.

What good harness would you recomend (I'm very small) for use with handles so preferably with a wheel (with bearings would be good?)?

If your getting a new board how about a Core 16, thats very light and cheaper than the comp pro 16

How much better is the Comp 16 deck than the Core deck, it's sorta snowboard shaped, is only the Comp composite? Also, what are better, rockstar or tri-spoke hubs, I've heard the rockstars are weak? What are the ratchet bindings like compared to the velcro on the Sol?
And finally should I spend money on slightly improving my board or getting this (http://www.acehobby.com/acehobby/products/helicopter/raptor30v2/index.html) R/C helicopter (Along with a harness which I have decided I WILL get when I know which)?

your board will last longer than the chopper.... can you fly them already? Very tricky to learn.

I'm not so sure it'll last longer. I've flown planes and done a tiny hover on an indoor heli (much less stable).

Anyway back to harnesses, does anyone in Australia sell the dakine ones? and how much is the storm or fusion? Should i get one of these or one of the pro limits?

Hey, haven't been on here in a while.

I think you'll be fine with the Sol 16. And for less than 90 bucks it's well worth buying. If you don't like it, you oculd sell it for a profit.

SHQ here in vic sell the Dakine harnesses.

http://www.shq.com.au/shq3/indexWinter.asp

Here's their web site, just look under kites and then harnesses.
I've got a Dakine Fusion seat harness, very nice :D
Picking a harness is best done if you can try them on, it would be a waste of time and money if you got one that you didn't like and had to sell it or change it.

Model choppers!! Ask Dukey!!!

He's got two of them!!

I have played with Dukeys chopper simulator, and even showed him how to get inverted flight :D
But I don't think I want to have a go on the real thing, I was crashing more times into the ground than I spent in the air!!

Don't worry about the original question, that was a LONG time ago, since then I've bought a helicopter and been loving it - I just posted in here to let this guy know about the Sol 16.
