Well lets see,

I have an old 5m peel sitting here gathering dust, it is in good condition has had one small tear repaired and still pulls your arms out in a 20 knot breeze.
For sale kite only $200???

An 8.5 C-Quad, flies like a barge but so do most kites over 8 meters in size. Good if you need a lot of pull!!!
Comes with either C-Quad handles or C-Quad bar no lines $450

Long down tube for PL comp buggy used once, in perfect condition $50

PL Alu. mag wheels, these have had the Alu bit replaced as it broke. So they are in very good shape to be used, bearings are newish ( have been run in for a month) also polished to high gloss shine. 8)
All bolts are nylocks, and must warn people that these rims are not good if you intend to do lots of two wheeling, but great if you keep all your wheels on the ground $200 for a set of three

Yes Gus it is the same one on the KP web site. That one has been up there for quite some time and I think that it might move if it was priced a bit lower.
I don't like it to fly, compared to the 6.3 C-Quad it handles very slowly and does not have the light wind capabilities that the 6.3 has.
The 8.5 will just fly in a very light wind but the 6.3 can be moved around the window in the same wind, this allows you to generate some power and keep the kite moving not waiting for the kite to die at the edge of the window as the 8.5 does.
This can be fixed by using the 8.5 in a bit stronger wind but the 6.3 is then my kite of choice in a growing wind.
Great kite if you want grunt though. Might make a good ATB kite???
Also a pain in the a*** to pack up to, you need to be an octopus.
So now you know my reasons for selling, are there any takers for it??
Or have I said too much???
Justin, thanks for reminding me I forgot to put up the 5.7 Water Foil.
NZ made Water Foil, with black back and pinky red front.
Not the ulgy black banded ones.
Comes on Water Foil bar with all lines. I have had it near the water but not in the water, so is in great shape.
Pulls like a Mack truck and flies like a two liner on the bar with the brake lines set up for killing it if it gets out of controll. Lands like a treat.
But will take any opportunity to go back in the sky if you are not looking.
Asking $550
All monies will go toward a better kite for on water use (it might even be an lei  but don't tell BEAR, ssshhhh)

Sorry folks the 5m Peel has been SOLD!!
Gone to the new home of Alex who picked it up Sat.
I wish him all the best with it, and I think he will have many sesions of skudding with it.
Iancl the Peels only came in several sizes, from a 1.4 sqm, 2.5, 5, and a huge 7.5. They did also make bigger ones but most were special order.
I have to say that it brought a tear to my eye having a fly of my big old beast, many fond memories.
I will go have a cry now.
