If you don't want to get sued by Peter Lynn, I would make a kite called the Bean.
This kite is also a single skin kite but the designs are not copy righted to the best of my knowledge. So you can produce these if you wish.
The bean is a higher aspect kite and flies very similar to a C-Quad.
Just do a search and you should get some results.
You might even be interested in a NASA wing??
The designs for them are all over the place.
I would not copy a C-Quad though.
