Where to KiteSurf in Austrlia ?

Question: If you could Kite Surf anywhere in Australia for 3 weeks. Where would be the best Place ? I am thinking WA, Queensland ?? What spots u rekon ?

Any Ideas would be fantastic ..... booking my Holiday soon :-)
