I know of a Wipi thats an early model, in good to very good condition for its age.
Its 6.5m and is a two liner but is the model that can be adjusted to fly on four if you want to fold up the wing tips.
Price is $350 kite only or $450 with lines and bar(two line bar).
Has yellow body and white tubes.
The tubes have a little bit of dirt or mould in them(stored wet), but give it a warm bath of pure soap and it should come up a treat.

I just flew an early wipika (2 line one that can have tips folded for 4 line) in a lesson and I hated it, the instructor said it was the worst kite he'd ever flown. Could have just been a defect though.

Where is this one located and could i test fly it?

Hi Ian,

I'm sorry that the wind was really on good for when you came down this way....

Here are the kites we have in your price and size range:

8m Flexifoil Storm I - Complete $800 - only used a few times, still in excellent condition.

6m Aero I with a slight turning defect (over inflated LE) - $400 complete, almost new.

7.5m Rhino I - fantastic all round kite. Will get you going in light winds, despite being designed for higher winds. Comes complete, absolutely brand new for $899 including postage.

7.5m Rhino - Same as above but used (with one repair); $600

I wouldn't recommend a 6.5 Wipika (it's the old one!), but the 7.1 Wipika Freeair might be ok. We've got one here that's been 4-lined - $600 complete.

I think I might have to wait a while before I get one :( I'll just need to stick to landboarding only for a few months. At least I can do that though.
