Hi,
I currently have a 3m Ozone little devil buggy engine.
I have been buggying for about 3 years so have a bit of experience.

I'm looking for a second kite to complement this.
as I weigh about 95 kg I find I need winds greater than 15 knots
before it's worth buggying.

what size and type of kite would people recommend, 4.5 or 5 meter perhaps ? Ozone razor or is their something else I should look at ?

cheers
Moray

I am selling a blade II 4.9 pretty cheap. Interested ? oh and a blade II 7.8 as well. I'd do a great deal for the pair! I'm after an ozone frenzy!

cheers

You should check out the jojo RF's.... some at http://www.southernkites.com.au/products/rf.htm. They'll be more stable than the razor and have heaps of power. I'd say you're right with something around the 5m mark though.

Schmik - I'll swap your Blades for my 9.5 03 Frenzy?!

Moray,

Yes, a larger kite is needed when you want to get into some lightwind buggying... We've still got a few Razors left, which have been doing very well this year in the 0304 Kitebuggy Series...at the same time, so have the C-Quads!

But there are plenty of options out there, please let me know if I can help any further. I think Gavin was selling his 8.5m Blade III - but that is probably TOO big!
