Probably none of you care but anyway

To all landboarders he is a Downhill event in doncaster. Its the first in the race series this year. I believe this event is only for mountainboards, sorry nigel.

THE RUFFY LAKE DOWNHILL

Sunday May 23, 2004

Practice starts 10:00
Rider meeting 11:00
Racing Starts 11:30

Location: Ruffy lake park east doncaster, cricklewood drive
Melways pg 33 H10

Format: 3 man Donwhill races around a series of obstacles, mainly witches hats etc.

Prizes: unkown(anybody interetsed in donating)

VicRaceSeries points:
- 1st 10 points
- 2nd 8 points
- 3rd 6 points
- 4th 4 points
- 5th 3 points
- 6th 2 point
- <6th 1 point

Rules
No tire spikes
Boards must only be powered by gravity and human energy
All riders must wear suitable safety equipment.
Waiver must be signed to enter

This event will happen rail hail or shine

See you all there!

This is not an official event, but a gathering of riders to participate in mountainboarding.

yeah they have ben talking bout doing this for a while it is good to see that they have got around to running it, i might be there but that depends if i get my car finished of not, and nigel could probably enter but he would have to use his kite bike....

Now all I need is little sticks to put in their wheels to make them fall off.
I'm glad you don't need brakes, as I don't have any.

Rather than start a new topic, I've added on some info about our own Downhill Mountainboard Day - in Geelong (Eastern Park).

If the winds were going to be any good, I would be pushing the kiting aspect as well, but it doesn't look like there's going to be any North in the wind, so kite landboarding is unlikely.

bit like that guy when were in thredbo on the grind rail..... mmm ouchies the ramp could be fun with the kite, but i am 2busy getting my car on the road to come, will visit as soon as i get 1 free weekend

jsut replyed to their thread, i should go but i cant get there and i want to finish my car so i can get out kiting more often... more kiting, no down hill :p just got to get some good winds...
