Hi guys, havnt been on here for an age, last time was to put some pics in the gallery.
Well through my new job i will be working in Sydney from 4th Feb till 21st feb, and was hoping to get a bit of Flying in.
Is there anyone out there who would be able to hook me up with a place to fly and possibly some gear??? i may try to bring some kit with me but my buggy will be a no no.
I'm only on line at work at the moment as just moved home and dont have a phone line.... so if you can help leave me a message here, i would realy be keen to get a good weekend of buggy action in.
Cheers guys
Tim
Hi Dude, if you find some info pass it on, I'm flying out in March and need some big air.
Anyway whats the scene like in Peterbro', Ponte aint bad and the coasts only an hour away.
May bump into each other some time, til then keep it hangin'
Cheers Mutt
Tim,
It is a ways out of Sydney (maybe 2.5 hours drive) to Lake George, nearer to Canberra than anwhere else. Can't speak for the rest of the lads, who come flying with us when we go there, but you are more than welcome to use my kit and buggy.
Would need to know in advance however what weekend you might be able to committ to, so we can plan accordingly. The winds seemed to come in late in the afternoon however, having not left the place until 20:30 last time which would leave you with a larger drive to get back to Sydney on the same day.
Might be able to throw a blanket somewhere in Canberra for the night for you however.

Sparky.... that would be cool m8.... i can do either w/e.. the dates are 12th&13th or 19th&20th, not sure where i'm staying at the moment!!
Sorry its taken a while to reply but i have been abroad again in the A$$ end of nowhere!!!!
Would defo be cool to get some buggying in. What kit do you use?
Tim
Send me a reminder closer to the dates, just to ensure we get hooked up.
I am now travelling a lot for the work purposes which does make it hard to lock in dates etc.
Kit:
If we get the lads to come along, your choice is about six buggies and 18 - 20 od kites. Do not think we will have a problem putting a smile on your face !

G'day,
A bunch of us will be buggying Lake George (three hours south from Sydney, near Canberra) on Saturday arvo. Don't know if that is too far for you to travel but feel free to rock up if you can (there'll be plenty of kit floating around). See the other thread.
Cheers,
Paul
