Hello to all GKC members
This Winter we will be Running a Kite Traction series which will consist of 7 rounds the first of which being at Apex Park in Altona on the 1st June
Be there by 10:30 for a pilots meeting and racing will begin at 11:00
Entry fees will be $50 for the Season or $10 per race
There will be Different classes consisting of Buggy Advanced and Buggy Intermediate. Also depending on numbers there will be a Mountain board advanced and intermediate class as well.
Dates for the season:
1st June: Altona (apex park)
6th July Belmont common,
3rd August: Presidents
7th September: 13th beach
5th October Altona
2nd November: Cup WEEKEND SANDY POINT
7th December Final Race, 13th beach with presentation at the Barwon heads pub
Note: When closer to the race date if the winds are significantly unfavorable for the event then we will change the event to a suitable nearby Location.
You will be able to drop your 2 worst rounds points
Rules will be posted shortly but there is ‘Strictly’ a keep it fun policy.
