Hi All,
With today completely washed out but the wind going strong I was wondering if anyone is up for a saturday or Sunday session. Bribie looks like it may stay moderately wet however the gold coast looks to be relatively dry with only the odd rain patch.
Any takers, I am contemplating either heading to Kingscliff or the park at Main beach.
Cheers
Tom

Hello boys yes you did miss out on a great run but unfortunatley the wind was a little too much south so i was confined to Skirmish :sorry: Probably a good thing i had the beach to myself as the tide has eaten the beach along the whole foreshore so a drop of about 1/2 metre and with the big tides i didn't have a lot of beach to work with. I had the GPS on and have now officially got my fastest speed of 68.3 with the 3m.
Thought i was going faster but that is always the case. I was getting a bit of sideways drift with some gusts and came very close to some of those 1/2 metre drop offs and i think a little bit of wee came out at one stage. Bit scary when your on your own and didn't see another person the whole time i was there ,also lots of birds , clipped at least two of them. Took a photo with phone of GPS and will try and attach photo when i can .
:clapping:
