Welcome to the site Bibbler ..... and welcome to club Cougar :D
Nice review mate .... you seem very 'happy' ;)
We have been busy here testing the Aussie Cougar II for a few months now. The wind and tides have not been playing ball so apart from one VERY light wind day at the beach ... pretty much all the testing has been at inland parks :( ........ it's a little early for a review from Down Under.
What I can say is that is is very nice to ride on the grass .... as you say, she rides well through the bumps ... soaking up the rattles in her stride. Even though she is a huge buggy, I find her very easy to slide and just as easy to control that slide. The turning circle is surprisingly tight as well and comparable to many smaller buggies. Our park is relatively small (about 500 m x 350 m) and it doesn't take long to run out of real estate.
Be careful though ... in 2 days I have seen 2 different people flip her
How could you not be happy in one of these

Flip!!!??????????????....What width axle is on it? What kite was used? Wind speed? Terrain? There is no way mine will flip.....it would drag me sideways 2km in a cyclone before the wheels would even consider leaving the ground:p......

The axle width is 1500mm, a 2m race kite have to ask Wolfie the brand, blowing 20 knots, flat grass sports feild, first get the buggy on two wheels, steer into the turn harder, kite loop your kite then get hit by a poltergust (30+ knots) & you will flip the buggy, the photo evidence is in the Murrarie Qld State Meet. Senario two go over to friends house adjust buggy, push each other on hard sealed road, to test steering ability, again hard push & turn buggy as hard as you can (tryes grip well on road) buggy flips on hard turn I know I've got the fat lip & grazed forhead to prove it, thats two ways you can flip a Cougar Anyone else is welcome to come up with a third way LOL:rofl::rofl::rofl: I've had my turn.

Been thinking about the flips experienced with it......how high do you have your foot rests? Ive taken the brackets off mine and now have the rests bolted onto the forks. I feel like I have more control over it. Ill post some pics.
Hey Bib .... the footrests are attached to the extendera and were on the lowest setting (to the ground)
I have been getting some great runs in the Coug .... but still only in the park
Tried and tried and tried on the weekend ... all I could do was slide ;)
Hope to get the old girl on the beach soon
