Well I got myself a nice new B series Rev from Jason (Briskites) a few months ago.

Most of the wind has been either off the scale or non existant for those two months.
But I have had a chance to get out and have a play.
Must say my skills are rusty, and I think I am going to have to put in some serrious hours if I am going to catch up to the I-Quad team.

Full review comming soon.

Here's a pic of the pretty kite :D

I am pleased to see that Extreme Kites has finally recognised that people do fly stunt and sports kites. I have found it almost impossible to find other kite flyers in Melbourne. I once visited Geelong Kite Club only to find that they flew those huge things for land kiting, buggying, etc. I also own Revolution kites and would be interested in meeting and flying with other rev flyers any where between Melbourne and Warrnambool.

G'day Alex,

Welcome to EK's!

A kite is a kite is a kite is a kite and I agree it is awsome to see a Stunt/Sport Kite Section now on EK's. I think alot of us here still enjoy a fly of a kite that wont pull you along - every now and again ;) :D

Again mate, welcome to the party!

Troy

You might be surprised, many of the power kiters actually fly sport kites too. Some just wont come out of the closet maybe?

Quite a few flyers in Melbourne but mostly dual line.

Hey Alex R, there are a few of us that do the two line stuff and the Revs.

But as you saw at the Geelong Club, we are mainly buggy nuts.
Don't let this put you off.
Most of us buggy nuts do fly or have flown stunt kites or Revs before.

For me, if the winds up, is buggy time!! :D
But when it's light, out come the stunt kites or Revs.
