Gees you'd think with hard wind like that 150km/h shouldn't be too hard to get. Don't know how he could stop and turn around

these guys are really pushing the limits. I'd be worried about going outside in that sort of wind, let alone throwing a kite in the air.

The wind range of an LEI kite is astounding. What FB foil could you take out in that gale? I have a one metre Quadrifoil that I wouldn't launch there. The chill factor must have been high. English buggiers are made of stern stuff.

fastest speed in NZ of 101 kmph was an (12m) lei too ... that is amazingly fast eh ?

That's mad, chucking wheelies on the PTW's Dominator 4, sure huge winds, and offshore winds to boot.
