Hey you all. Our little circuit got a new event. we started the year with the Naki Nut Buster at New Plymouth. It was so much fun with 40 knots gusting on the Saturday and a beautiful 15 - 20 on the Sunday. We got the points racing done and had a jump comp and some tag and a game of Restaurant parking.

The Blue Balls was a bit early this year and was held on the beach and in the dunes at Port Waikato. The tide raced in shortly after turning and the racers had to contend with regular waves on the course and the markers being moved up the beach a couple of times. We rode the dunes at midnight and had a light wind day on Sunday.

The moose was spectacular as always with Free riding from Thursday through to Monday. Race day was awesome with a Time trial in a big sand bowl and some really fast riding on a rough and bumby course. There was 4.5 km dash on the hard sand and a fantastic course race on a dune course through the old camp with a big wall ride out to the beach.

    Congrats to our champions.
