The wind blew so hard that all the members of the extremekites forum gave up kiting (Far too dangerous) and took up indoor lawn bowls. Then promptly changed the name of the forum to ExtremeIndoorBowls.com.au. Prestige was gained by the size of your carpet rash. The weather forecasts was then changed to technical specifications of different bowl surfaces - nap, pile height etc. I think I should probably stop now.....

John: No wind or paddocks all totally bogged up your way, or just pining for 13th Beach?

Right back to the thread. The wind blew so hard I was only game to first try a hankerchief of a kite, Zachary's 0.7 m^2 NASA, then went up to the 2.3 m^2 NASA and got duely spanked!
