Had some light wind sessions lately. So i thought i'd upload some basic landboarding vids for the newbies to watch.

    Instalment number one. Transition slides.

It looks like you are getting that kite mastered. Nice and smooth transitions, done. Any chance on getting that 15m Manta on the market now?

hehehe. i'm still going through an internal truggle. I may end up keeping the manta and flicking the speed on. The speed has dissapointed me. its not as glorious as i'd hoped. Don't get me wrong. its good. but it does some things worse than the manta and isn't getting me going any sooner on the water. plus the manta is in alot better condition. arrg.

Nice one plummet :good: looks like you got them timed nicely

Just wondering what steering setting your using on the Speed 3 (Hard Medium or Soft) I found I was able to turn the kite a bit quicker on the soft setting. Pulling an inch or two of depower strap on in light wind seems to work a treat on them as well.

looks a bit better with the HDvideo tags

yes indeed. steering setting is the next thing to play with. so far each time i've been out i've changed something. so i need to chaneg one thing at a time so i know what difference that change has made.

when i get the chance i'll upload a real transition slide at speed hauling in at 50+kph.
