damn i feel lame for living in the ACT right now. i grew up in cairns, and that reminds me of home

it must be relaxing to have buggy down the beach on a clear day with the sound of breaking waves right next to you, and i bet its warmer than here right now!

i love the overlay at the bottom, how did you do it?! i presume you had GPS data and google earth but not sure how you put it all together?

Put simply, I process the eTrex log with a php script that creates a sequence of image files, then make the pictures into a video with virtualdub. Then overlay all the videos and pictures together.

Having a bit of fun with the Beamer IV 2m and the Vmax. winds were 30-35km/hr and managed my best speed of 31.1km/hr to date. Gonna have to get me one of them hero wide cams for the bug! http://www.vimeo.com/6409118

My slightly weird aspect ratio video review type thingo of the Hornet 3.0m. Might just be my favourite kite to date.....although my Beamer 2m is a whole lotta fun. edit: fixed up the 'weird aspect ratio' thingy - think I nearly have got my formats/ratio stuff sorted. Thanks Jason.
