Lost & Found

Some low life at Altona beach Western end stole my home made kite board and empty fly surfer kite bag some time between 5pm and 8 pm Saturday 18 Feb 2012. I had it tucked away just in front of the salt bushes about 20m west of the end of the car park, wind picked up and swapped to my smaller board and left the larger board behind. That's when they must of stolen it.

Thankfully my FlySurfer kite was not in the kite bag.

The board is called BarnDoor 2011, 170cmx40cm, with UnderGround foot pads and straps, finless board. It has my name and mobile telephone number written on the tail of the board underneath the clear resin.

The FlySurfer kite bag also has my name card in it.

If you see it please let me know.

So here's a warning to others, low life are snooping around Altona looking to steal your gear, best to keep it in your car locked up and secure.

A shame really spoilt a good kite session.
