I hate remote jobs.
Here is the events of today ....
Suppliers who supply the wrong setting (plastering) product but swear its right when questioned (before aplication)
Setters who do a poor job ... no ... a shit job
Supervisors who do a poor pre paint inspection
Painters who do a rush job
Defects inspections that have to be done in poor light
Setters who dont come back to fix defects
Replacement setters who do do a good job in good light
Brand new painted walls in 8 x 2 story units that need total re painting
Painters that leave when they realize their blunder
Fabricators that don't tell you (before somebody drives 450 kmto pick up your funky custom job) that the machine that does the funky custom cuts broke and all the stainless steel kitchen ducting is in straight lengths
And to top it all off ..... Rain that causes a massive condensation outbreak that wets things enough to pop ceiling sheets.
And stops the final 400m2 concrete pour
Handover is supposed to be Tuesday
How was your fuggin day
