I have decided to sell my Peter Lynn Core 3m, as I have just bought my first race kite and now think I need to back it up with another (3.5m ish) to cover the wind range of the core!

It is kite only, it is in excellent condition, a little bit dusty otherwise perfect and comes with the Peter Lynn rucksack. Red, white and black. The picture in the blog review is the actual kite.

    Review here - http://baldiviskitebuggy.blogspot.co...n-core-3m.html and here- http://www.racekites.com/2012/05/02/peter-lynn-core-3m/

$260 plus postage (kite and bag only)

I think I have some more pictures, that I will try to post!

This is a damn good kite.... I can't believe it hasn't been long since sold. I think this might be something you may later end up regret selling. You said 'children' ? So you have more than one..... and there's mines not too far away......$$$$ :D

Thanks Gum Nuts. I am new to buggying so as it is "kite only", can I ask you to let me know what else I need to buy - presumably lines and handles? Do these have to be Peter Lynn?

I had it on 20m lines, and any make of lines and handles would work. I would also recommend a set of kite-killers.

Have you flown power kites before?

At the risk of not selling it I wouldn't recommend the core for a complete newbie. It's fast and very feisty and can be a bugger to fly at times, needs some decent wind and can be scary - but awesome fun. Got my PB in the buggy with it, but also lifted and dropped me in my first OBE?

Thanks for the advice. May be I need to look at another kite first. I have flown power kites - have a 7 and 11m for kite boarding but as they have the inflated forward edge do not want to use them on an oval.

Hey Tiger if you have flown inflatos I think the Core is very doable and a good price

If you shop about you can get handles and a 20m lineset for under a 100$$
