Kiters are welcome at Sandy Point, however please adhere to the local guidelines.
When setting up walk down the main ramp past the life saving club, when you get to the beach turn left and walk East 300m until you pass the lookout marker at the top of the sand dune. From there you are welcome to kite the rest of the east end of the beach.
Please DO NOT kite down near the life saving club, nor between the life saving club and the West lookout point.
Ideal winds for Land Kiting is South West to Southerly winds as these are onshore.
