Small but suitable for southerlys. Designated as a proposed park in the UBD. (Map reference 215 E14). Access is from Merrington Pl (car park).  Need to walk around the south of the sailing club to the west.  The area is a poorly maintained mostly gravelly area facing the river to the south.  Approx. 150m long by 50-60m wide.  Good fast spot for aggresive riding. Usually nobody there. [submitted by Rob M.]
