Good flat water location and a launching point to make your way to Kite Island.  The beach is small however there is large grass areas next to the sand which are perfect for launching and landing.  The water can become slightly choppy in a southerley wind.  Tides here don't make a huge difference as it can be kited in most tides.  Ideal location for Intermediate to Advanced riders, not suitable for Beginners.
