Excellent location for both Land and Water kiting.

Kiteboarding
Good waves and clean wind, ideal with a cross-onshore wind.

Land Kiting
Excellent for buggies, if you want to make the most of the whole width of the beach then ideally run larger Big Foot tyres.  The water runs out quite far so it gives a large amount of sand to use.  For land kiting ideally in a South East wind for making it up and back the whole length of the beach easily.
