Probably the best land based beach on the eastern seaboard.


Great for buggying as it is very long at 40km! Most useful winds are SW to SE. And then there's the Dunes. The longest barrier sand dune in Australia they are extensive and stretch almost the entire length of the beach and a good half-a-kilometre inland.


Good accommodation nearby if staying overnight.
