Great For: Kiteboarding
Best Wind Directions: *N*NE*E*SE*S*SW*W*NW* Amenities: Toilets, Food Kiosk, Showers, BBQ Known Restrictions: All setting up, launching and landing is to be done below the High Tide mark. The council does not permit setting up on grassed areas and fines have been issued to individuals in the past. Known Dangers: State: QLD Longitude Co-ordinate: 153.2436 Latitude Co-ordinate: -27.481100          A variety of conditions depending on the wind from Flat Water to Choppy Water. Good location in all wind directions as there are many small launch places on both sides of the Wellington Point so if you roll up and the wind looks to be shifting just setup on the other side. |
