Large park used for cricket, soccer etc at times. Flat and grass is usually mowed. Only obstacles are the large lighting towers but plently of space between them. Near beach so wind seemed good, would work from ENE to S. Longest runs would be in E.  Car parking close and a picnic hut and stands for people to sit and watch!!  Access off pioneer rd/carters lane then down elliots rd.
