is my local buggy spot.
It is flat grass and seems to be very rarely used except by dog-walkers. In six
months I've only seen one cricket game and one kiddies soccer game both in one
corner.
The usable area is about 300m x 200m.
Wind direction is no problem but i find a southerly the best as it comes from nearby
Williamstown/Altona off the water. It can at times be a bit gusty.
There is a car park between the park and a baseball field on Benbow st, off Wembley
Ave.
It's a great size for it's central location.
