Reason why i picked this suit
There were a few changes made to this from previous model pressure suits and these changes set it out from the other pressure suits i have seen around. The biggest difference is that under and around the armor panels as well as at the elbows, shoulders, sides and around the zip, neoprene is used to reduce the chances of the user getting rashes after wearing the top for extended amounts of time (haven't worn a different suit for long periods of time so i don't know if the cause rashes in the first place). The material used for the rest of the suit is softer than material in other suits as well also for comfort in extended sessions.

Spine and chest
The spine and chest plate are removable. The spine has 2 zips connecting it to 2 small shoulder blade pads. The impact foam in the spine is about 2.5cm thick and then has hard cap panels over the top, it is a little stiff but it wouldn't fit well with a waist harness anyway because of how far down the back it goes. the chest panel has a thin amount of very flexible impact foam in it once the hard plastic and impact foam panel is slid out.

General
The rest of the panels are attached to the top. they all have hard caps on them with impact foam underneath. the top zips up from the side allowing for the chest piece to be one piece and not split in the middle. The top is kind of short on the torso and can ride up if the spine with the kidney belt is not attached. Because there isn't any armor that low it doesn't bother me because the chest plate doesn't ride up with the rest of the shirt. after flying without the kite attached to a harness so your arms are up in front of you the chest plate can ride up till it touches your chin after a while. There is a strap on each forearm and on each shoulder to adjust the fit. There are also thumb loops to stop the sleeves riding up the users arms.

Little about me and suit
I have had this armor since around the start of this year. i wear a BMX jersey over the top to stop the suit from getting to dirty or any threads damaged. Nowhere did it say that this suit can be put in a washing machine or not so i haven't tried but it can be washed under a tap, bucket of water ect... and left to dry.

Bit about crashing in the suit
I've had a few crashes in this armor, nothing extreme. Only being dropped onto my side from varying heights while moving at low speeds. no crashes at high speed yet. After each crash i have been able to get back up and continue flying strait away. So i can only assume it is doing its job.

Performance
Only downside i can think of is the shoulders need to allow a little more movement/ articulation. that would also help stop the chest pad riding up when your arms are up in front of you for a while.

Build Quality
Only faults were a few loose threads in the thumb loop neoprene that after they got re overlocked have been fine.

Value for money
I thought this was a good buy but for a bit less u can get others suits that will do pretty much the same thing and for a little bit more you could buy a suit that has lots more features. In the image of me that is as far as i can move my arm before the shoulder pad gets in the way. without the spine pad attached the shoulder pad cam move around a bit more and allows a little more more articulation.

Photo i took of the suit with and without the spine pad http://www.extremekites.com.au/gallery/members/Ross/pressure+suit.jpg.html
