Hi Rode 2009 trigger 12 yesterday 13-18 knots.

This is a great kite. This is the best Blade kite I have used. The kite turns on a dime has good bar responce. This kite has excerlent water relaunch(gave this a good test). Kite is a 4 line kite with a 4 into 5 line depower. Kite has 2 x full flogging depower on rear lines and also quick release on chicken loop.kite also comes with saftey stap for you harness.

2) Self land / launch - Easy. Just flips up onto the wing and your off.

3) The kite fly's very similar to the slingshot rev. While riding towrds the kite it just slowly slips down the window.

4)If you get a chance you should try this kite.

Hi got ride the Trigger 9 meter kite on the weekend.

18-20 knots

This is the best kite so far. The kite has really good pull anywhere in the window
Kite is super fast as well as stable.
Kite turns quick( as you would expect a small kite to do)
The kite while riding towards it just slowly drifts down the window but you still have control.

Get on one if you can you will be suprised.

Pricing avaliable

Ozone Instinct 2009 Kite Photos
Monday, 24 November 2008 | Written by Joel Theodore
flyozone-com.gifWe have some of the first photos of the Ozone Instinct 2009 kites, featuring the Ozone Instinct Edge RX, Ozone Instinct Sport Plus and Ozone Instinct Light XC.  The photos of the kites are clearly pre-production level, so there is still possibility for some changes.  It is confirmed that they are shipping with 4 lines, no longer the 5 line system of the previous 3 years.  Ozone is also now using a through the bar safety flag out system.  The new kites are featuring a print design similar to the new Ozone Flow.

Sysmic S1 hits the beach
Thursday, 13 November 2008 | Written by Joel Theodore
buggykiteshop-com.gifThe new Sysmic S1 buggy has hit the beach for one of its first runs!  The new buggy is the product of a French designed and Chinese produced collaboration from BuggyKiteShop.  A few months ago photos of the Sysmic S1 and Sysmic S2 buggy (click here) appeared online of the buggy nearing production level.  The buggy received some criticism for its design, however continues to offer small features that make it unique to buggies already on the market.  We now have photos of the production level buggy, complete and flying on a beach!

Visiting from Scotland
Wednesday, 12 November 2008 | Written by
Hi Everyone

As the title says, I'm going to be visiting the land of Oz very soon (all of December 2008) and am planning on hauling some kit over for the trip..... (Flying with Emirates and hoping to Capitalize on the free Golf bag additional luggage thing they do)...

Anyway, point of this post is that I'm starting my trip in Melbourne and would appreciate any advice the locals may have with regards to locations to try and kites to take? (I have probably "Too Many" kites so have all wind ranges covered just need to decide what to take with me!!) What are the average wind speeds for this time of year in the Melbourne area? I was planning on taking my 12m Cabrinha Convert and 9m Instinct Light as a starting point but would listen to any advice offered.....?

My trip basically consists of arriving in Melbourne, few days there, trip inland for a few days, back to Melbourne for a couple of days... fly to Cairns for a week (ish) back to Melbourne, pick up car and drive along the coast from Melbourne to Sydney flying on as many beaches as possible on the way , back to Melbourne the direct route and fly home

Not sure if anyone is interested but here's a link to my flickr page with loads of pic's of our local beaches here in Inverness (Scotland).... also here's a link to our local forum (not that there'll be much of interest for anyone on here it's just a blatant plug... plus if anyone is coming to Scotland then give us a shout on there and we can arrange a meet).

Cheers

James
