rear mudguards/flaps

6 posts in this topic

Hi ,

I am looking for solutions for mudguards on the rear of my land yacht/buggy.

the beach i use tends to stay fairly wet even at low tide so there is a fair bit of spray flying around.

my initial idea was to use trailer mudguards or some kind of mud flap like on trucks.

any ideas let me know.

the mudguard/flap is not that difficult, its how to mount them that may be the problem.

I saw someone with standard barrows who used a section of the bottom of a bucket or plastic drum.

thanks guys ,

getting dirty is no issue its the wet ,then the chill factor thats the issue.

i thought of a wetsuit , but decided i would look like a condom stuffed full of apples.

Eric thats just the thing i was looking for , and that looks like a flexi bug which is

what mine started life as.

now i need to see how i can attach them.

cheers again
