Yes, the company I used to sew and screen print for, Got the contract to supply all the feathers and sponsors rokaku's. it was a two person operation.
9 months of screen printing and sewing for $1500, I spat the dummy after that little episode and we parted ways.
I must admit though I got a TON of experience through them that would otherwise have taken years. so looking back on it I would call it an 'internship' the older me probably would have handled it differently.
    My highlight ? Ray Bethell.

You need to keep the rear straps of the seat above the bend in the side rail, otherwise they fall to the axle, and offer no support.
Loosen the middle straps so the seat drops (as low as possible), and keep the rear straps as tight as you can.
You get just enough lower back support, but this is further reduced by the use of a seat harness.
Seat harnesses don't like to be folded up, and keep pushing you into a more reclining angle, as your knees in a PL buggy have to be elevated over the side rail.
If you want, try using a back strap.
These put the pull on the upper body and keep the body much more upright, and these's no need for a back rest.
A good work out for the abs as well.
