Mad Way Mongolia

Recommended Posts

The Uniqs are going good after a bit of work, I put plastic rods in the leading edge before I left, the main bridles all broke static flying them on the beach and were upgraded, all the front lines came un stiched at the terminations under normal load and broke taking back bridles with them. some bridle tuning and skin pleats and they are now good all round kites. I also made a pulley-less depower system for my old 4m and it's been my main kite, big wind range.

The very best of luck and good winds fellas. I'm following this closely as it's such a fantastic adventure.

Cheers for the constant updates and pics.

Thanks John H for sharing them on the forum too.

What next is the question?  Is there any other mega long distance buggies to be done in the world? Or have you clocked buggying and now have to move onto another extreme adventure?

@gannet, how about the Peter Lynn Snow Buggy ... Ice Land, Green Land, Canada?
